​​National School Choice Week
Jay County Christian Academy will be celebrating National School Choice Week January 26th - 30th.  Students can participate in dress up days, nickel wars, an art show, pep rally, and the JCCA Knights basketball game!

Dress Up Days
Monday, January 26 - Inside Out / Backward Day   ​
Tuesday, January 27 - Crazy Hair and/or Crazy Socks Day
Wednesday, January 28 - Any Holiday but Halloween Day (no masks)
Thursday, January 29 - Christian T-Shirt Day (May wear blue jeans for $1.00)
Friday, January 30 - Hat Day / Sports Day
​All attire must be school appropriate.  Points will be given based on participation.  The class with the highest points will receive a prize.  

Art Show
Students can create an art piece at home and bring it into the school for the art show.  Projects are due on Monday, January 26.  Winners will be announced Friday.  Prizes will be awarded.  

Nickel Wars
Students are encouraged to bring in monetary donations for their class.  When change is received, the class will receive positive points.  If dollar bill donations are received, the class will receive negative points.  The class with the most points will win a Pizza and Pop Party.  The class with the lowest points (negative) will get to duct tape their teacher to the wall and silly string them.  All proceeds will go towards the JCCA Washington D.C. trip.  

​Pep Rally & Basketball Game
National School Choice Week finishes up with a pep rally Friday!  The fun doesn't stop there!  Don't forget to come out to the basketball game Friday evening at 5:25!  Show your JCCA school spirit and cheer on the Knights!

Snack Time!
Jay County Christian Academy students are gearing up for a fun and delicious fundraiser!  Beginning Monday, January 12th, students will be selling snacks during lunch.  All proceeds will be used to support a group of JCCA students as they travel to our nation’s capital!  Let's go JCCA Knights!
